President - Mélanie RabinoMélanie is a junior majoring in Chemistry and minoring in Spanish. She is planning on attending pharmacy school after receiving her bachelor’s degree. Mélanie swam competitively since she was 7 years old and enjoyed running in community races in elementary and middle school. Her passion for these sports led her to complete her first triathlon in high school. Mélanie joined the MN Triathlon Team her freshman year and really loved meeting people with a shared passion for swimming, biking, and running. She served as the team treasurer last year, which gave her a good understanding of the leadership of this team. Mélanie is very excited to help this team grow and develop this year!
Vice President/Webmaster - Jaclyn NoshayJaclyn is a junior majoring Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development and minoring in Communications. A lack of background in triathlon coming into college, having played soccer for 14 years, she wanted a challenge. Jaclyn joined the MN Triathlon Team her freshman year and really enjoyed pushing herself in a sport entirely new to her with people that shared the passion for athletics. She improved in swimming, biking, and running and began racing her Sophomore year. Jaclyn is looking forward to another year with incredible teammates and friends and excited to see the MN Tri team grow and advance this year!
Head Coach - Matt TiampoMatt attended Queen's University in Kingston (Ontario, Canada) where he majored in history and ran Varsity Cross Country and Track. During his time at Queen's Matt also served for 2 years as the head coach of the Queen's University Varsity Triathlon Club. Matt's coaching focuses on the long term development of consistent athletes who are focused on executing their workouts and races to plan. Matt is an avid endurance athlete and has been a student and fan of endurance sports throughout his career. He is happy to have been a part of the growth and success of the 2012-2013 MN Triathlon team thus far, and is excited to continue to work with the many committed and talented athletes on this team.
Co-Treasurer - Anna Moynihan
Anna is a junior studying biomedical engineering at the University of Minnesota. Drawing upon her background in competitive swimming, track and field, and even synchronized swimming; Anna joined MN Triathlon team last summer following several fun experiences racing the swim leg of team triathlons in high school. Anna competed in her first olympic distance triathlon for MN triathlon team in Maple Grove and was instantly hooked on the sport. Over the past year, Anna has enjoyed becoming a strong triathlete and training with a talented and fun-loving group of athletes, as well as competing at collegiate nationals 2014 in Tempe, Arizona. Anna looks forward to being part of the exec. board and experiencing another fun year of training, socializing, and racing with a great team!

Kaylee is a current dental student and former swimmer for the University of Minnesota. She did her first triathlon at a small community race in 6th grade and continued to compete with Multisport Madness through high school. Kaylee joined the MN triathlon team as a way to get back into the sport, meet a great group of training buddies, and stay fit! She is excited to see the team grow and for her teammates to improve and reach their personal goals in the sport.
Co-Social Coordinator - Brady Mahoney
Brady is a senior majoring in environmental science. He joined the tri team two years ago after he left the Naval ROTC program and wanted to find a club that would keep him active. Before he joined the tri team he had never done a triathlon. Some of the things that he enjoys the most about the team are training with other people, making new friends, and getting to travel around to race.
